Headed by GM Client Service, the department comprises a client service manager, four client service executives and their assistants. Client Service performs as the core business team managing inflow and outflow of work between the agency and its clients. Client Service personnel also serve as consultants to their respective clients and help them develop strategies to align advertising with their marketing / communication objectives. As per the agency’s service policy, all client service personnel extend personalized service to the clients and practically remain available to them for contact 24/7.
Headed by the Creative Director, the department personnel include an Art Director, a Studio Manager, two Deputy Creative Managers, seven graphic designers and a proofreader. Headed by the Media Manager, the department consists of two Assistant Media Managers, one dedicated to print media and the other to electronic media, and three riders for dispatch of releases to the media. Media management is one of the areas where Maxim truly excels as it has been our firm policy to maintain strong, cordial and mutually beneficial relations with the media. As a result, we are able to provide efficient, timely and cost-effective media planning, buying and placements to our clients. The agency is also experienced in handling international releases / campaigns in different countries such as USA, UK and UAE.
With the strength of its professional and financial resources, Maxim has the capability of undertaking production jobs for all types of ATL and BTL activities of its clients. The production assignments are supervised by experienced professionals of the agency and executed either by them or through top-rated outsourcing. Headed by Director Finance & Administration, the finance and administration departments constitute the functional structure of the organization and provide support services for smooth and streamlined conduct of the agency’s business. The departments are fully computerized and comprise of qualified and experienced personnel. Functions performed by them include financial management, accounting, billing, tax and audit, receipts and payments, human resource management, and physical maintenance and operations of the agency’s offices and material assets.
